About the role

This role sits at the intersection of customer deployments and platform architecture.
But the end goal is always the same: extract the right abstractions and encode them back into the platform so future systems can be built faster.

Build the core platform that enables AI agents to interact with external tools, services, and environments
Design systems that orchestrate complex multi-step workflows driven by frontier models
Design reliable interfaces between AI systems and distributed execution environments
6+ years building production backend systems or developer platforms
You're the kind of engineer who, when the abstraction doesn't exist yet, builds it rather than works around it

Experience designing infrastructure that coordinates multiple services or execution environments
Ability to work effectively in ambiguous problem spaces where patterns are still emerging
Comfort moving quickly from prototype to production system

Familiarity with workflow orchestration systems or task execution frameworks
Background in infrastructure, platform engineering, or distributed systems
