Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between executive leadership, business partners and IT
- Collaborate with business leaders, developers, analysts and vendors to implement solutions that can scale globally, maximizing value and minimizing duplication of solutions
- Collaborate with business lean/kaizen events
- Lead or contribute to system implementation and change management efforts
- Conduct research to identify new product features and best practices. Lead discussions to assess applicability to Wolfspeed business scenario
- Interpret business capability requirements into a solution design, including technical solution, data models and system architecture.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time
- Self-motivated with strong drive to achieve business objectives
- Ability to blend the technical and commercial to deliver a balanced approach to problems
Requirements
- The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with business acumen in order to translate business requirements into effective system architectures.
- This position requires strong experience with master data, SAP S/4 and IBP, Salesforce and integrations supporting the enterprise applications environment.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a full cycle program implementation
- Strong understanding of system integrations, database structures and relevant regulatory frameworks
- Must be results oriented, and demonstrate a "can-do" attitude - adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness
- Undergraduate Degree in Computer Science or related field.
Nice to have
- Minimum of 7 years of experience with SAP as an enterprise resource planning software, specifically PP, EWM, PTP, OTC, MDG and RTR modules.
- Knowledge of IBP is a plus.
- Semiconductor or High-Tech industry background is a plus
