Responsibilities

  • The Visual Support Manager will maximize store profitability through the achievement of high standards of commercial display presentation and ongoing development of store personnel working within company policies.

Requirements

  • 3 years of extensive visual merchandising work such as Shop Fits, Badge Flips and cage installs, etc.
  • Required Computer and/or Technical Skills
  • The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
  • Punctuality and regular attendance consistent with the company's policies are required for the position.

Nice to have

  • Internal JD Finish Line experience strongly preferred.

Compensation

  • $71,000 - $73,000 per year with bonus opportunities in addition to base pay if store KPIs are met.
