About the role

Responsibilities
- The Operations Manager (US) leads the charge on delivering standout projects across the US, from first conversations to flawless execution.
- You'll grow and lead a high-performing team, champion their development, and build the systems that scale with us.
- Whilst you will find a lot of support available from the Operations Director and other senior team members, this is a highly autonomous role, where you are encouraged to make (and justify) your own decisions about what is best for operational excellence and business growth.
- Team Coordination: You will directly manage a team of Operations Engineers. This will include assessing current operational models and changing them to improve delivery and efficiency.
- Quality Control & Troubleshooting: Implement rigorous quality control processes to ensure system functionality and performance. Ensure support is provided during events to quickly resolve any technical issues.
- Continuous Improvement: Analyse operational performance and client feedback to identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement strategies to optimise processes and enhance service delivery.
- Budget Management: Manage project budgets, track expenses, and provide regular financial reporting. Work with procurement and finance teams to ensure cost-effective resource allocation.
- Training & Development: Oversee the training and development of the technical team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality service.
- Contractual Obligations: Understand our contractual obligations for each event we deliver and ensure that we meet all aspects of this.
- Team Coordination: You will directly manage a team of Operations Engineers.

- Competitive salary depending on experience and skillset ($75k-$90k).
