About the role

  • Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and food to guests in a music hall atmosphere with a cheerful attitude and in an efficient, professional manner.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver food items and beverage orders promptly
  • Maintain HOB safety and sanitation standards
  • Perform Opening/Running/Closing duties according to HOB policy
  • Maintain bartender bank
  • Perform cash pull / check out procedures
  • Maintain appropriate Comp and Spill checks

Requirements

  • Ability to work late hours
  • Must be able to lift or move up to 25 lbs using proper lifting techniques
  • Ability to deal with intoxicated guests in a positive and safety minded manner

Nice to have

  • 4 years work experience in high volume environment
  • Experience recognizing valid ID's
  • Experience in a live music environment

Compensation

  • $16.90 USD Hourly ** Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
