About the role
- Provides oversight to essential systems operations.
- Service * Mechanics are assigned to a functional team (Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics, Customer Service, or Regulatory Compliance) based upon the needs of the department as determined by Facilities Operations leadership.

Requirements
- Required for All Jobs:
Nice to have
- 2+ years Three years maintenance experience Required
- 2+ years experience will be considered for individuals with an Associate's Degree in maintenance or related field or completion of a recognized trade apprenticeship program Required
- All technicians use tablet PC in field to receive assignments and track work.
- Knowledge in refrigeration, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, electronics and/or carpentry preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
- Ability to work independently and utilize critical thinking to respond to emergency situations.
- Employment is at-will.
Skills
- Mechanics need to be able to work independently and possess good customer service skills.
- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Good customer service and communications skills.
