About the role

  • Individuals in this role will review and evaluate application materials using established admissions criteria and rubrics to help identify qualified candidates for admission.
  • Reviewers will receive training on admissions standards, implicit bias, confidentiality, professionalism, ethics, and conflict-of-interest expectations to ensure a fair and consistent review process.
  • This temporary, remote position runs from August through January and requires a commitment of approximately 10-40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

  • The Iowa State University College of Veterinary Medicine is seeking temporary Application Reviewers to support the admissions process for the incoming veterinary class.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with basic computer applications and web-based systems.
