Implement the campaign's strategy to engage and mobilize Hispanic supporters.
Build and manage relationships with key Hispanic leaders in advocacy, political, and organizing spaces.
Convene and organize both internal and external working groups to map out, strategize, and successfully create new opportunities to reach and mobilize Hispanic voters across the diaspora.
Collaborate and coordinate across departments on events, messaging, policy, and programming focused on Hispanic voters.
Other duties as assigned to support the coalitions department.
Proven track record building and managing coalitions among diverse stakeholders, reaching consensus and action.
Type A about organizing. Knows their way around spreadsheets. Can manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a detail-oriented manner. Ability to work well under pressure.

Plan, shape, and represent the campaign at coalition events, meetings, conference calls, and trainings that advance program goals.
Prior experience working on Hispanic outreach or Hispanic policy on a campaign or political organization.
Experience managing people a plus, but not required.
Strong political judgment and knowledge of key issues that matter to Hispanic voters.
Creative thinker.
Excellent writer.
Strong communicator and storyteller.
