About the role
- AmeriLife is in the midst of an exciting and significant transformation of its operational infrastructure to better serve the evolving needs of its stakeholders across the country.
- As such, we're looking for a Licensing Specialist to help us continue pushing our ambitious roadmap forward.
- Process contracts for licensed insurance professionals
Responsibilities
- The Licensing Specialist is a key contributor to the success of the licensing and contracting area and the business they support throughout the organization.
- Associates get satisfaction from knowing they provide agents, marketers and carrier partners the support needed to succeed in a rapidly evolving industry.
Requirements
- Self-starter with ability to learn quickly
- This person must be well organized, able to work with various insurance carrier representatives as well as partner with internal operations and key stakeholders simultaneously.
- Integrate new agency and affiliate partners through onboarding intake calls, required paperwork processing, and associated processes
- Perform duties within required service level agreement terms and performance requirements including timeliness, productivity and quality
Nice to have
- High School Diploma required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Financial Services industry experienced preferred
