About the role

  • We are currently seeking a Final Inspection Supervisor - Afternoon Shift to lead and support Final Inspection operations during the afternoon shift while maintaining supervisory accountability for the night shift team.
  • This role is responsible for ensuring inspection accuracy, quality compliance, staffing coverage, and performance management across both shifts to support consistent product quality and on-time shipment.
  • The successful candidate will be a strong people leader with a solid understanding of final inspection processes within a manufacturing environment and the ability to effectively manage teams working across different shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct supervision to Final Inspection employees on the afternoon shift and maintain functional oversight of the night shift team
  • Partner with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Shipping to support throughput and on-time delivery
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready inspection area across assigned shifts

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Please note that due to Controlled Goods Program (CGP) requirements, all applicants must be a Canadian Citizen or a Permanent Resident in Canada.
  • Participate in audits and quality reviews as required
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in PCB inspection or quality-related manufacturing roles
  • Strong understanding of final inspection processes, defect identification, and quality documentation
  • Basic computer proficiency for reporting and documentation
