About the role
- We are looking for a Retail Excellence & Operations Intern to join the KHAITE team for this Fall '26 Semester.
- This role will report to the Head of Retail and will be based out of the NYC HQ offices.
- This internship is unpaid and for college credit only.
Responsibilities
- Support the team in identifying opportunities for process improvements in store operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service protocols.
- Assist in compiling and building presentations that drive team development, from leadership thru staff level
- Support in CRM programming creation, rollout, and analysis.
- The Retail Excellence & Operations Intern will support key initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall retail experience, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements
- The employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear.

Nice to have
- Prior internship or work experience in retail or customer-centric industry.
- Luxury experience is preferred.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for luxury retail, customer experience, and operational excellence
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Education/Experience:
- Currently enrolled for a Bachelor's Degree
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as the Google Suite
- Prior internship or work experience in retail or customer-centric industry. Luxury experience is preferred.
