About the role
- Quantum Space is redefining mobility and maneuverability in space.
- You will play a critical role in scaling the organization by delivering a world-class candidate experience while serving as a trusted advisor to hiring managers throughout the recruiting process.
- This role is open to contract only with eligibility to convert.
Responsibilities
- Ownership - Direct impact on building the team that will shape the future of space mobility
- Impact - Partner closely with executive leadership, hiring managers, and technical teams across the organization
- Innovation - Build creative sourcing strategies and talent pipelines that connect exceptional people with the groundbreaking work driving the future of space mobility
- Join us in building the next generation of spacecraft.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting across a variety of technical and business functions, including engineering, manufacturing, program management, and operations
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring strategies, and candidate profiles
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive candidates through multiple channels
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Manage candidate communications and ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruiting process
- Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen Quantum Space's visibility within the aerospace and engineering communities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
