About the role
- Position Description: PingWind is seeking a Program Manager who will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT projects within the government sector.
- This role involves coordinating with multiple stakeholders, ensuring compliance with government regulations, and managing project resources to meet contractual obligations.
Responsibilities
- Leads and chairs Weekly Status Meetings and Technical Status Meetings, ensuring informed decision-making, transparency, and effective coordination across functional teams.
- Establishes, maintains, and executes the Project Management Plan (PMP), Quality Management Plan (QMP), dashboard management approach, and associated SOPs, ensuring consistent and repeatable program execution.
- We have extensive experience in the fields of cybersecurity, development, IT infrastructure, supply chain management and other professional services such as system design and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 12 years relevant experience (an additional 4 years' experience may be substituted in lieu of degree).
- Directs program planning and execution, including staffing, task intake and tracking through MTAR, schedule coordination, risk and issue management, and delivery of all required program deliverables.
- Maintains required professional certifications consistent with H.3.1 expectations, such as PMP or equivalent, and applies best practices in program governance, risk management, and performance oversight.
