Responsibilities
- Support deployment, adoption, administration, and continuous improvement of FormFactor's eQMS platform.
- Configure, test, validate, and maintain digital quality workflows that improve process visibility, compliance, and execution effectiveness.
- Partner with business process owners to digitize, standardize, and optimize quality processes across multiple sites and functions.
- Lead or support user acceptance testing (UAT), system validation, training, change management, and implementation activities.
- Develop and maintain workflow configurations, forms, notifications, dashboards, and business rules.
- Support system governance activities including user access management, data integrity, configuration control, and workflow enhancements.
- Measure and drive user adoption and process compliance across the organization.
- Partner with stakeholders to define leading and lagging performance indicators.
- Support development of data models, reporting structures, and visualization tools utilizing Power BI and related analytics platforms.
- Develop automated workflows and digital solutions that improve productivity, visibility, and decision-making.
Skills
- Education & Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree
- or 3 years and a Master's degree
- or a PhD without experience
- or equivalent work | Required
