About the role

Intelligent software orchestrates advanced robots in a high-density, end-to-end system - reinventing warehouse automation for increased efficiency, speed and flexibility.
What we need As the Facilities Specialist, you will oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and security of the facility, ensuring buildings, grounds, and equipment are safe, compliant, and operating efficiently.
You will be responsible for supporting budgets, supervising maintenance staff, coordinating with vendors, handling contracts, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Ensure the proper functioning of all building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors, ensuring timely delivery of services such as cleaning, repairs, and equipment maintenance.
Work with the HR, Finance and Operations teams to optimize office layout and space planning based on team needs, new hires, and changing business requirements.
This position reports into the Real Estate & Facilities Lead.
The team prioritizes safety for everyone in the building, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintenance, overseeing building services, while ensuring a functional work environment for all employees.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a facilities coordinator or facilities management role, preferably in a technical or industrial setting (robotics, manufacturing, or engineering).
Minimum of 3 years of experience in general maintenance, building systems and general maintenance processes (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.).
Physical ability to inspect facilities, move equipment, and assist with occasional lifting or arranging of materials.
Up to 10% travel may be required.

familiarity with facilities management software (e.g., OfficeSpace or similar) is a plus.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred skill: Project Management, PMP certification but not required.

The base range for this position in the posted location is $29.81 - $41.25 however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
