About the role

  • In this operation-oriented role, you will act as the critical link between our customers, sales teams, and European manufacturing sites, ensuring seamless order execution and best-in-class customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Order & Customer Operations: Process and manage customer sales orders across the Americas in SAP. Ensure all documentation meets strict internal and regulatory standards
  • Performance Monitoring: Track third-party partner performance through targeted KPIs and regular business reviews. Identify at-risk products and proactively communicate with Sales, Finance, and Global teams.
  • Order & Customer Operations: Process and manage customer sales orders across the Americas in SAP. Ensure all documentation meets strict internal and regulatory standards; serve as the primary escalation point for any production, quality, or supply issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, or another related field.
  • 5+ years of operational experience in customer service, supply chain, or logistics, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry (exposure to GxP required).
  • Hands-on, advanced proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Nice to have

  • APICS and/or ISM certification and fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, or French considered a plus

Skills

  • Coordinate order fulfillment directly with manufacturing plants.
