Responsibilities
- Proactively develop and manage a diverse portfolio of prospective and current members through strong sales acumen, customer-focused strategies, and excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Create and execute in-person and virtual relationship-building opportunities to meet sales goals, support ministry growth, and strengthen CMA's presence within key communities.
- Lead outreach strategies by developing pipelines through referrals, cold and warm leads, and both assigned and self-initiated contacts
- Conduct research to build strategic prospect lists, identify new church and ministry partners, and continuously refine sales skills to support broader CMA goals and initiatives.
- Support the Strategic Alliance Director in expanding and maintaining relationships with members and partners, including assisting with partner review meetings that deliver insights on membership engagement.
- Build and nurture relationships with influential church and ministry leaders across denominations, associations, and organizations to promote and sustain CMA membership.
- Provide exceptional service to members and partners with a customer-first mindset, supporting membership renewals, internal team needs, and fostering long-term engagement.
- Develop creative communication and relationship-building strategies to grow member loyalty and advance CMA's mission alongside ADF's broader efforts.
- Lead outreach strategies by developing pipelines through referrals, cold and warm leads, and both assigned and self-initiated contacts; conduct targeted calls, emails, and follow-ups to educate and engage prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prospect and member interactions, and account progress using CRM software.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2-5 years of sales or related experience.
- Ability to travel 25-35% of the time.
- 2-5 years of experience working with churches and ministries.
