Responsibilities
- The World of Warcraft team is looking for a Senior Software Engineer with a strong gameplay foundation and a passion for building high-quality player-facing UI.
- Implement functional and polished UI features from approved concepts and designs.
- Develop back-end functionality to support front-end systems.
- Own UI features end-to-end, including implementation, iteration, bug fixing, and ongoing support.
- Provide continued engineering support for existing UI features.
- Work collaboratively with designers, engineers, and artists to build compelling UI features.
Requirements
- Proficiency in C++ or a similar language.
- Knowledge of modern data structures and algorithms.
- Knowledge of high-level scripting languages such as Lua, Perl, or PHP.
- Knowledge of World of Warcraft or other MMORPGs.
- Blizzard Entertainment has created some of the industry's most critically acclaimed and genre-defining games over the last 30 years, with a track record that includes multiple Game of the Year awards.

Compensation
- In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $102,800.00 - $190,204.00 Annual.
