Responsibilities

  • Work with the PM leads in implementing new and standardizing current processes for budgeting, tracking, etc.
  • Assists production partners and vendors in budgeting fee/oop breakouts on production of photoshoots and video shoots when needed.
  • Work with creative team, account leads and clients to develop detailed briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
  • Delegate projects to creative team members based on staff members' individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels while working with lead PMs on overarching resource outlook.
  • Manage adhoc project asks (internal MB + client) and feedback while maintaining other daily project deadlines
  • Manage and mentor more junior to mid team members.
  • There will also be in person opportunities for you to connect with others who live in your hub to collaborate and work together.

Requirements

  • Experience with creative teams, production, influencer, social, paid and digital marketing required

Compensation

  • SALARY $111,000-129,000

  • Position Overview
  • The creative team at M Booth is looking for a Senior Director, Project Management who is responsible for budgeting, planning, overseeing and driving an integrated process on projects from ideation through to completion.
  • This role requires interaction with a range of internal and external stakeholders, most often managing several work streams simultaneously.
  • This role sits primarily on the creative team so a knowledge of creative work and execution/production, along with social/digital asset execution is preferred.
  • The ideal candidate is very organized, proactive, communicative, confident and has experience working directly with account teams and clients to track programs and ensure deliverables are on time and within the applicable scope and budget.
  • The candidate will coordinate between Creative and Account teams to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible and will orchestrate outsourcing requests as needed.
