Responsibilities
- Support physicians during procedures; monitor patient vitals and safety
- Administer and document medications; monitor lidocaine use and antibiotic prophylaxis
- Leads emergency drills, maintains Banyan Stat Kit and AED checks
- Maintains accurate and timely patient records in compliance with AAAHC
- Operational Support:
Requirements
- A.D.N. or B.S.N. required
- Not required, will train on job.
- active Compact Nursing License accepted in lieu of state-specific licensure.
- Maintains active license and meets renewal requirements.
- Current ACLS certification
- Proficient in MS Office and EMR systems
- Patient Care & Clinical Duties:
- Conduct pre/post-op assessments, patient education, and wound evaluations
- Support physicians during procedures
- monitor patient vitals and safety
- Administer and document medications
- monitor lidocaine use and antibiotic prophylaxis
