About the role
- This is a position that is based out of Roanoke but will require travel to neighboring counties.
- Regional float Physical Therapist position.
- Supervises Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) as provided by State of Virginia licensure/practice standards and Federal regulations.
Responsibilities
- Life Support: AHA BLS-certified (from a Carilion approved program) within six months of employment.

- Supervises PTAs and collaborates with other therapy staff, support staff, volunteers and students to achieve efficient clinical activity and quality patient care.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree as Physical Therapist and 5 years of experience, OR Master's or Doctorate degree required.
- Other: Effective interpersonal, communication, customer service and teamwork skills required.
Compensation
- $39.00 - $62.40 Employee pay is based on a variety of factors, including qualifications, credentials, education, and prior work experience.
