We created the Interview Intelligence category, and our clients include some of the world's most innovative companies-Canva, OpenAI, Ramp, Hubspot-up to the Fortune 500.
Your goal is to help them use AI screening effectively in hiring situations.
This will help influence the product's development.

Partner directly with AEs on high-impact Screen opportunities
Drive strong pilot outcomes and conversion rates
Build scalable systems and workflows that increase operational leverage
Partner on high-impact special projects as Screen evolves
This role sits at the center of Screen's growth, operating across strategic deal support, implementation, pilot conversion, post-sales success, and product feedback loops.
You will build close partnerships with the Product and Engineering teams.

We're looking for a Special Projects Lead with an initial mission of scaling Screen - our fast-growing AI agent for conducting interviews - to hundreds of customers.

Own implementation and ongoing adoption for enterprise customers
Design and operationalize successful Screen workflows for customers
Guide SMB/MMK customers toward successful self-configuration
