Design, estimate, review, test, debug, and document code
Support and guide our software development life cycle processes
Collaborate in Scrum meetings and help drive team activities
Address customer support and technical support issues when needed
Support and mentor other developers in their work efforts and outcomes
As a Senior Software Developer on the Portal team, your mission will be to design, develop, and modernize Reliable Controls' software application s.
You'll contribute to complex technical solutions, help shape application architecture, and mentor other developers while collaborating closely across teams to deliver high- quality, user -focused software experiences that connect to real-world building automation systems.

We offer $2,000 per year reimbursement for learning and development related to your role, mentorship from experienced team members, and development pathways t o help you grow.
A salary that is based on market data and reviewed annually, with merit increases and cost-of-living adjustments
The full compensation band for this role is $108,000.00 - $165,000.00 CAD annually.
