This position will constantly seek ways to improve their experience and keep us competitive, protected and connected.

Supports all desktop and laptop systems, accurately troubleshoots, diagnoses and corrects problems that occur; provides follow-up to clients until problem is resolved;
Support departmental workflows and reporting processes;
Maintains active directory users, email and computer accounts;
Provides application support for Vadim, Laserfiche and Intelligenz;
Performs MySQL database administration duties, including backups and restores;
Maintains phones, computers, copiers, printers and IT equipment;
Supports mobile devices including smartphones and tablets;
Provides "How To" instructions on common procedures such as desktop builds;
Maintains strong technical skills with current Microsoft Windows & Office Systems;
Supports the IP telephone system including installation of new telephones and individual voicemail setup;

Preferably possesses or is working towards a Degree or Certificate in Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline;
Minimum of two (2) years' experience in a similar setting;
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds;
Demonstrated ability to show initiative;
escalate to vendors as required;

Displays a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development through training, networking and participation at technical events;
Provides backup coverage as required for the IT Supervisor;
Provides coverage for Receptionist and Cashier functions as required, including front desk support and assisting the public
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered;

Provides technical support and training on computer and phone systems to new employees as a part of orientation;
