Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive recruiting strategy to attract diverse, high-quality candidates across all functions
- Partner with leadership to forecast workforce needs and build proactive talent pipelines
- Optimize recruiting processes, ATS workflow and automation, reporting, and metrics including time-to-fill and quality of hire
- Manage and continuously improve employee onboarding programming through the first 90 days
- Design and manage a structured internship and early-career talent program aligned with business needs
- Build and maintain partnerships with universities, colleges, and professional organizations to create a strong talent pipeline
- Create and manage clear pathways from internship participation to full-time employment

Requirements

- Proficiency with AI tools and platforms is required, including demonstrated ability to leverage AI to enhance productivity, streamline HR workflows, and support data-driven talent decisions
- Proficiency with HRIS and applicant tracking systems; comfort with talent analytics
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic talent sourcing and pipeline development
- Data-driven decision-making and recruiting metrics analysis
- Relationship-building with candidates, hiring managers, and university partners
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Employer branding and candidate experience design
- Improved quality of hire and reduced time-to-fill across open roles
- Strong intern-to-full-time conversion rates and program satisfaction scores
Nice to have
- Oversee employer branding initiatives to position AccuWeather as an employer of choice
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the full hiring lifecycle
- Establish program goals, curricula, and meaningful project-based experiences for interns
- Measure program success through conversion rates, performance outcomes, and participant feedback
- Promote AccuWeather's brand on campuses and within early-career networks
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5-8+ years of progressive HR or talent acquisition experience, including team or program leadership
- Proven expertise in full-cycle recruiting, workforce planning, and employer branding
