About the role

  • The role also encompasses responsibilities from purchase order receipt through delivery to the client.
  • Serving as a central point of coordination, the position facilitates communication with clients and internal departments to achieve timely and efficient order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

  • Own custom orders from intake through release to production and delivery-ensuring scope, specifications, timelines, and requirements are accurate, complete, and executed correctly.
  • Manage all client-facing communication related to order status, changes, lead times, and issue resolution-ensuring expectations are clearly set and met.
  • Intermediate level understanding of order entry processes and procedures. Able to retrieve product and process related information to perform job related duties.
  • Efficiently generate high quality production documents that are complete and accurate using AutoCAD, ERP, or other tools as applicable.

Requirements

  • Core duties include entering orders into the ERP system, monitoring order status, verifying hardware compatibility, providing necessary documentation to the production team, and ensuring receipt of required materials.
  • Required Skills: Possesses strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Highly detail-oriented with advanced computer proficiency and the ability to interpret and apply technical drawings.

Skills

  • Frequent exposure to manufacturing environment.
  • Overnight travel requirements will be variable based on projects and business activities.
  • Occasional travel related to other sites / corporate.
