Responsibilities
- Drive the Design Process: Lead end-to-end product design from concept to launch by collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting user research to define requirements, and shaping product strategy to achieve product-market fit.
- Champion the User: Continuously advocate for users by incorporating feedback and ensuring the design process centers on their needs.
- Iterate Rapidly: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, iterating quickly based on user feedback and business goals.
- Refine Design Language: Establish and evolve a standardized design system to ensure consistency and quality across all products.
- Full-Stack Design Skills: Proficient in user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual and interaction design, and usability testing.
- Complex Interaction Design: Skilled at solving intricate design challenges.

- 5+ Years in B2B SaaS: Proven experience designing for business software.
