About the role
- Option 1: Monday-Thursday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM and Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Option 1: Monday-Thursday: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM; Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Fridays flexible, as needed)
- Option 2: Monday-Thursday: 1:30 PM - 11:30 PM
Responsibilities
- Deliver FAA-aligned curriculum to prepare students for A&P certification
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student progress
- Support curriculum updates and collaborate with program leadership
- Maintain classroom, lab equipment, and training materials
- Continue growing your own knowledge while developing others
- As an Aircraft Maintenance Instructor (A&P Mechanic Instructor), you will deliver FAA Part 147-aligned aviation maintenance curriculum and provide hands-on instruction to students preparing for careers as aircraft maintenance technicians (AMTs).
Requirements

- No prior teaching experience required.
- Share your real-world aircraft maintenance experience with future technicians
- High School Diploma or GED required

Compensation
- Up to $42 per hour + $5,000 Sign-on Bonus
