Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 am - 3:30 pm.

Manage maintenance supplies, vendors, and equipment while adhering to budget guidelines
Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and purchase orders
3+ years of trade or general building maintenance experience
Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and building systems

In this role, you'll lead the maintenance team, coordinate preventive maintenance, and help ensure the property remains well-maintained and compliant with budget and safety expectations.
