Responsibilities
- Present qualified candidates to Partner for further processing, including complete written notes and a verbal presentation.
- Organize, track, measure and input project related data into internal candidate tracking software that is critically relied upon to manage each search.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree - not required.
Nice to have
- English, communications, marketing a plus.Experience: Ideally, experienced in recruiting in a similar environment, including executive search, contract recruitment, personnel agency, or corporate in-house recruiter.
- An extremely articulate communicator, who is comfortable talking to people at all levels.
