About the role
- This role requires a dynamic individual who can pivot seamlessly between selling, meet & greets, and brand representation.

- Learning and development: We encourage personal growth and education through Intern(al)ships and Learning Labs taught by Favor team members and external facilitators.
Responsibilities
- Help design and run creative, repeatable programs that successfully turn event attendees into first-time Favor users.
- Maintain a standard Monday-Friday schedule, with the regular flexibility to work weekends to support community events.
- Distribute marketing collateral and promotional codes to drive first-time app downloads and orders.
- Manage on-the-ground event logistics, including the setup, breakdown, and inventory management of all event kit and marketing materials.
- Collaborate directly with the Marketing and Operations teams to capture social media content during live events and share market feedback.
- Time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines with Google Suite.
- You will partner with the Sales & Marketing leadership teams to execute localized strategies that grow our customer base and solidify Favor's presence in the Austin market.

Nice to have
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role preferred.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or comparable formal training, certification and/or work experience.
- Ability to work a Monday-Friday schedule and remain on your feet for extended periods.
- Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles.
- The ability to speak Spanish is a plus.
- Ability to build lasting relationships.
