About the role
- BME is seeking a skilled and motivated Technician to join our growing team.
- This role is vital to supporting our expanding customer base by delivering exceptional service, technical precision, and dependable performance.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine service, maintenance, and warranty work to ensure optimal system performance.
- Track and document work performed, including obtaining purchase orders and completing service reports.
Requirements
- Ability to carry and climb a ladder up to 28'.
- Ability to sit and stand for long periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- 5+ years of commercial HVAC service experience, including troubleshooting and repairing various systems.
- Experience with mechanical systems, including chillers, DX equipment, boilers, refrigeration, and basic controls.
Nice to have
- Experience working with chillers.
- Control/BAS experience.
- KY Journeyman License (or ability to obtain).
