About the role
- The ideal candidate will combine strong technical aptitude with excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, optics, illumination, calibration, and application-related issues both remotely and at customer facilities.
- Assist with system installations, commissioning activities, calibration, upgrades, and preventative maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Deliver customer training on system operation, inspection setup, data interpretation, and best practices.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and service activities in accordance with company procedures.
- Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to identify root causes and drive issue resolution.
Requirements
- Support customer acceptance testing, qualification, and validation activities as required.
Compensation
- $135k-$160k
