About the role

  • This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety in their day-to-day work, and takes pride in accuracy and donor care. ** Position is expected to be in Project HOPE's Washington, DC office min.
  • 2-3 days/week (or more depending on key projects).

Responsibilities

  • The Development Services Assistant is a cross-functional support role within the Development Operations Donor Experience team.

  • The employee must be mobile in an office environment and able to use standard office equipment.
  • Due to the substantial number of inquiries we receive, only candidates who have met the required experience qualifications for this position will be considered.

Nice to have

  • Experience partnering with and communicating with multiple vendors and/or teams.
  • Experience with fundraising CRMs such as Fundraise Up and Raisers Edge NXT Experience with project management tools like Asana and Microsoft SharePoint.
  • Experience with MS Excel and Word Experience with Zendesk PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND

Compensation

  • Must be able to communicate in verbal and written form and ability to travel in the U.S. 2-4 times per year.
  • Salary range starts at $50,000 - $53,000 per year.
