Responsibilities
- Leads continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing performance metrics, identifying trends, and recommending corrective actions to mitigate quality risks and improve program outcomes.
- Collaborates with the Program Manager and functional leads to integrate quality standards into the Project Management Plan (PMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and reporting processes.
- We have extensive experience in the fields of cybersecurity, development, IT infrastructure, supply chain management and other professional services such as system design and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 12 years relevant experience (an additional 4 years experience may be substituted in lieu of degree).
