Responsibilities

  • Job & Work Redesign: Collaborate with functional leaders and teams implementing AI tools to analyze existing workflows, identify opportunities for automation and augmentation, and redesign job roles and processes to leverage AI effectively.
  • Organizational Design & Optimization: Partner with HRBPs and leaders to assess current organizational structures.
  • Design and recommend new organizational models that optimize efficiency, collaboration, and value creation i that supports long-term strategic goals and M&A activity.
  • Change Management & Adoption: Lead change management initiatives related to organizational design changes or adoption of new ways of working, ensuring smooth transitions for employees and measuring success of changes made.
  • Strategic Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, HR, and technology teams on all matters related to AI's impact on people, work, and organizational design, while strengthening HRBP capability to independently lead and sustain this work within their functions.
  • Skills Intelligence & AI Workforce Strategy: Own the enterprise application of skills and labor‑market intelligence (e.g., Lightcast) to inform AI‑driven job redesign, workforce planning, and organizational decisions.
  • Best Practices & Innovation: Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in AI, organizational design, and workforce transformation, integrating relevant insights into our strategies.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in organizational design, change management, workforce planning, or a related HR consulting role, with a strong focus on technology-driven transformations.
  • Experience with AI implementation projects is highly desirable.
  • Experience leading or operationalizing skills‑based workforce initiatives, labor‑market intelligence, or AI‑informed talent strategies within a complex organization.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to forecast and model complex organizational changes.

  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated understanding of AI technologies and their practical application in business contexts. Experience with AI implementation projects is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to design and implement effective job redesign and organizational restructuring initiatives.
  • Strong experience in developing and executing workforce reskilling and development programs.
  • Experience enabling and consulting with HR Business Partners in organizational design, workforce planning, or large‑scale transformation work.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
