About the role

Lendmarq, a leading private real estate lender based in Miami, Florida, is seeking experienced Loan Advisors to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting individual investors and borrowers in securing loans for business-related real estate projects.
This includes bridge loans, fix and flip projects, DSCR loans, multifamily, and ground-up construction loans.

Build a network of real estate investors and maintain strong client relationships.

Proven experience in mortgage lending, particularly in investment property financing.
Strong knowledge of various real estate investment loan products.
Ability to adhere to guidelines, policies, and procedures.
