About the role

  • Lendmarq, a leading private real estate lender based in Miami, Florida, is seeking experienced Loan Advisors to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting individual investors and borrowers in securing loans for business-related real estate projects.
  • This includes bridge loans, fix and flip projects, DSCR loans, multifamily, and ground-up construction loans.

Responsibilities

  • Build a network of real estate investors and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in mortgage lending, particularly in investment property financing.
  • Strong knowledge of various real estate investment loan products.
