About the role

Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day administration across multiple ATS platforms (including Ashby) - keeping pipelines clean, data accurate, and requisitions current
Requirements
- Hands-on ATS administration experience - you know what good pipeline hygiene and data integrity look like in a busy recruitment operation
- Ability to work with data and produce clean, accurate reports that non-technical stakeholders can actually use
- Ashby experience is a real advantage - or a proven ability to become a power user of a new platform fast
Skills
- A track record managing and segmenting candidate databases with a strong eye for GDPR and privacy compliance
