About the role
- We pride ourselves on outstanding clinical outcomes and a five-star patient experience.
- Our preference is to hire full-time providers but would consider part-time provider options on an individual basis (working additionally in a private practice doing similar work would not be permitted).
- This position would focus mainly on thyroid conditions, hormone health (including lots of BHRT!) and some medication management.
Requirements
- Active IL APRN and IL DEA licenses are required to start.
