Responsibilities

- Niyam is seeking an experienced Maximo Junior Configuration Specialist to support the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of our IBM Maximo asset management ecosystem.
- This role is ideal for an early-career professional with a foundational understanding of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and system configuration who is eager to rapidly develop deep expertise in IBM Maximo.
- Perform unit testing and validation for new configurations, enhancements, and system patches.
- Create and maintain system documentation, configuration records, and user guides.

- Roles and Responsibilities
- T roubleshoot and resolve Maximo configuration defects.
- Assist with basic report development, modifications, and data analysis using Maximo reporting tools (e.g., BIRT, Cognos) and SQL queries.
- Strictly adhere to established IT governance, change management protocols, and security procedures.
