- This role is essential to supporting the team, ensuring smooth operations, and upholding high safety and quality standards on every project.
Responsibilities
- Provide general support to the paving crew, including monitoring depth, directing trucks, and assisting with equipment repairs, maintenance, and cleanup tasks as directed by supervisors.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure paving operations meet project specifications and quality standards.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations on job sites to maintain a secure working environment.
Requirements
- Familiarity with paving equipment and tools, including setup, maintenance, and operation.
Nice to have
- 1-3 years of experience in construction or paving operations (preferred).
