About the role
- Program Overview We provide an array of quality mental health services to individuals, couples, families, and adolescents.
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities by the organization's policies and applicable laws.
- include recruiting, training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance and other essential duties.

- Provide support and assistance as needed to team.
- Ability to be on-call 24/7 to provide support to staff and provide crisis intervention as needed.
Requirements
- Excellent Knowledge of performance evaluation techniques and key metrics
- Outstanding knowledge of data analysis, reporting and budgeting
- Working knowledge of MS Office and program management software
- Applicants must have a valid driver's license, a personal vehicle to use for work purposes, and auto insurance.
- Bachelor's degree.
Nice to have
- Degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy or clinical psychology preferred.
- Clinical licensure is preferred (LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC)
Skills
- Strong program management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and execute projects effectively.
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Excellent administrative skills, including record keeping, documentation, and reporting.
- Knowledge of behavioral health principles and practices to effectively address the needs of program participants.
- Experience in program development, including designing new initiatives and expanding existing programs.
- Familiarity with working with people with behavioral health concerns or similar populations
- A background in social work or a related field is preferred.
- Ambitious and a self starter
- Tech savy and highly organized
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree. Degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy or clinical psychology preferred.
- Proven experience as program director or other managerial position
