About the role
- The Senior Project Manager is a delivery leader within the PMO responsible for executing large, cross-functional IT initiatives using governance standards and reporting frameworks.
- Accurate and transparent executive reporting
- Enterprise application or systems integration initiatives
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a detailed, end-to-end integrated project plan
- Monitor and manage the critical path to protect key milestones
- Support structured cutovers, testing cycles, and go-live events
- Maintain a live RAID log with clear mitigation owners and target dates
- This role owns day-to-day delivery for assigned programs by building integrated plans, managing risks and dependencies, and driving predictable milestone achievement.
Requirements
- 7+ years managing large, cross-functional IT or digital initiatives
- Proven delivery of multi-quarter, cross-functional programs
- Experience leading Agile delivery across multiple teams
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and enterprise collaboration tools
- Experience in enterprise IT, systems integration, platform delivery
- Experience contributing to PMO standards or delivery governance frameworks
Nice to have
- PMP strongly preferred
