About the role
- Proven experience designing and delivering integrations, ETL pipelines and reconciliation processes for commissions, billing, claims or payments
Responsibilities
- IT Product Manager Consultant will report to the Manager, Membership & Support in the Operations Portfolio.
- In this role you will be responsible for the development and support of complex technology solutions related to the Operations Portfolio.
Requirements
- Requires 8 years of prior relevant enterprise IT experience.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Product Management, Management Consulting, or Entrepreneurship required
- Requires hands on experience with SAP, SQL, Oracle, Scripting and Informatica (PowerCenter or Cloud, mappings, workflows, CDC, pushdown optimization, metadata lineage)
- Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills with ability to influence engineering, operations and business teams
- Experience with CI/CD for SAP and ETL, automated testing frameworks, performance testing and observability tooling
- Practical knowledge of security, compliance and data governance in regulated environments (HIPAA, financial audit controls)
- experience with SAP middleware (PI/PO, CPI), cloud data platforms (AWS/Azure), data warehouse/BI tools, and relevant certifications (SAP, Informatica, Agile/Product Owner)
- Graduate level degree (e.g. MBA, MS or MA) is highly desirable.
Nice to have
- 3 years of experience in a Product Manager, Product Owner, Systems Lead or Technical Owner role preferred
- preferred experience in enrollment, billing, provider, claims and payment flows
- Preferred: experience with SAP middleware (PI/PO, CPI), cloud data platforms (AWS/Azure), data warehouse/BI tools, and relevant certifications (SAP, Informatica, Agile/Product Owner)
