As a Care Team Supervisor, you'll play a key role in leading a team of dedicated caregivers, making a real impact in the lives of our patients.

Support branch growth initiatives and operational planning efforts
Process and manage employee timesheets and collaborate with payroll and timekeeping teams as needed
Provide guidance, coaching, support, and performance counseling to caregivers to promote engagement and quality care
Conduct caregiver orientations and maintain complete caregiver and client documentation records
Review open shifts, utilization reports, and staffing needs daily to maintain continuity of care
Support Elara Caring's mission, values, and commitment to delivering exceptional patient-centered care every day

Maintain accurate client service records, plans of care, caregiver schedules, and required documentation
Review and manage contract-specific documentation and ensure all required authorizations align with scheduled services
