Responsibilities

  • Support branch growth initiatives and operational planning efforts
  • Process and manage employee timesheets and collaborate with payroll and timekeeping teams as needed
  • Provide guidance, coaching, support, and performance counseling to caregivers to promote engagement and quality care
  • Conduct caregiver orientations and maintain complete caregiver and client documentation records
  • Review open shifts, utilization reports, and staffing needs daily to maintain continuity of care
  • Support Elara Caring's mission, values, and commitment to delivering exceptional patient-centered care every day

Requirements

  • Maintain accurate client service records, plans of care, caregiver schedules, and required documentation
  • Review and manage contract-specific documentation and ensure all required authorizations align with scheduled services
