About the role

Responsibilities
- Implement the sms chat channel for Zoom Contact Center.
- Perform DB/Architecture design.
- Implement test scripts for backend API.
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform fix or enhancement.
- Implement scheduled call back related features.
- Design and implement service monitoring system.

Requirements
- Requires a Master's degree in Computer Science, Management and Systems, a related field, or a foreign degree equivalent.
- Must have 1 year of experience in job offered or related occupation.
- Must have 1 year of experience in Core Java

- Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
