About the role

At Nolia Health, our Care Consultants are often the very first person a family talks to.
Within the first few minutes of a call, people feel comfortable being honest with you.
You adapt every conversation to the person in front of you - no two calls are the same, and you're comfortable working without a script.

You can sit with someone in a hard, emotional moment - a new diagnosis, caregiver burnout, financial stress - and still gently move the conversation forward.
You like having clear goals (calls, appointments, enrollments) because you know hitting them means more families get help.
No specific degree or industry background required.
Preferred (Not Required) Qualifications 2+ years of experience in customer service, client success, inside sales, care coordination, patient access, or operational support roles.
