- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels across warehouses and job sites Track incoming and outgoing materials, equipment, and supplies Conduct regular cycle counts and full physical inventory audits Maintain inventory records using ERP or inventory management systems Coordinate with procurement and construction teams to ensure material availability Receive, inspect, and verify deliveries for accuracy and quality Organize and optimize warehouse storage for efficiency and safety Identify inventory discrepancies and resolve variances promptly Prepare inventory reports, usage summaries, and forecasting data Ensure compliance with company policies and inventory control procedures
