Responsibilities
- You'll work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and Sales leadership to help build out our revenue-generating teams, from SDRs and AEs to Sales Managers.
- You bring energy and attention to detail to every search, and you're building the instincts to become a true talent advisor over time.
- Build and manage sourcing pipelines for quota-carrying roles using LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, and other tools
- Conduct initial candidate screens and deliver clear, structured assessments to hiring managers
- Support offer preparation and candidate communication through the close process
- Maintain clean, accurate data in the ATS and contribute to pipeline reporting for stakeholders
- Develop working knowledge of the fintech and payments talent landscape, including key competitors and candidate profiles
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle or high-volume recruiting experience, ideally with exposure to Sales or GTM hiring
Nice to have
- Experience hiring for fintech, payments, or B2B SaaS sales roles
- Experience with Ashby.
