About the role
- Licensure / Certification Minimum: Dietetic Registration Eligible.
- ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide basic, intermediate, or comprehensive nutritional care for patients/clients at low, moderate, or high nutrition risk as identified by RN or physician referral.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and document nutrition care plans for patients at risk and evaluate the effectiveness of nutrition intervention.

- Able to perform duties within the guidelines of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics practice standards.
Requirements
- Must be able to pass RD examination within one year of date of hire.
Nice to have
- Proof of Commission on Dietetic Registration.
- Special Skill / Aptitudes Technical, human relations, conceptual and management skills and the ability to apply principles of dietetics and nutrition in a variety of formats.
- Experience One-year full-time professional dietetics experience preferred.

- REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE A.
